Dear Friend of the Ballet,

Festival Ballet Providence opened its 29th Season to rave reviews with Princess and the Pea, and George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante and Tschaikovsky Pas de Deux. The dancers amazed us with their grace and agility, leaving the audience looking forward to our next production. 

This is an exciting time for the ballet!  Each day, the studios are bursting with excitement as the company rehearses for their next brilliant performance, and our Center for Dance Education students work diligently to develop their ballet technique, at the same time developing self-confidence and discipline of body and mind.    

Festival Ballet Providence's Annual Fund plays a key role in maintaining the ballet’s mission to enrich the community by expanding dance awareness through education and performance. Through our appeal for Annual Fund gifts, we seek to close the gap between tickets sales and tuition and the true costs of our operations. In addition to supporting the operating budget, gifts to the Annual Fund provide financial aid to our students, enable the Artistic Director to commission choreographers to create exciting new works for the company, and support the maintenance of our studios.
